The moment you hear body massage, we feel like to have one , because it refreshes our body and brain. Since form the time ,when we were a newborn baby , our mother used to give massage because they knew that, it will strengthen our bones and muscles, so that we grow healthy and strong.
Massage is definitely good for bones and muscles, but it has various other benefits, now lets talk about it one by one .

Improves Digestion: Massaging stomach in proper way, strengthens our digestive organ and hence improve our digestion.

Improves Eye sight:  Massaging our feet and soles with pressure on specific point can improves eye sight.
