A basic skin care regimen may include the following::
  • Cleansing:  It meets the skin’s basic need to be free of excess oil, dirt and pollutants. Never use soap for cleaning, use cleansing milk or face wash.
  • Toning: Prepares the skin to receive benefits  from other products, it calms and soothes the  skin and minimizes the appearance of pores and balances the skin’s pH
  •  Hydrating or Moisturizing: It provides vital lipids, replenish moisture and key repair for optimal night time recovery.
  • Protection: Protect your skin against harmful UV rays and environmental stress, followed by a night regimen to repair damage on skin.

Skin Nutrition And Lifestyle

In today's scenario it is required to start taking special care about your skin  in late 20's . 
  • Have a well balanced and healthy diet,Including skin healthy nutrients in your diet like Vitamin A, B, E, C, omega 3, antioxidants, biotin, zinc and selenium,these can benefit the skin in a number of ways.
  • Drinking 1.5-3 Lt. of water daily.
  • Avoid excessive smoking, alcohol, overeating, sweets and fried junk foods .  
  • Include 30-40 mins of activity 3-4 times a week, such as jogging, brisk walking, swimming or yoga to  promote healthy blood circulation which helps to remove toxins from the body and keeps the skin healthy.
  • keep your stomach always clean, include fibrous foods in daily diet for natural cleansing of stomach .
  • Proper 8 hrs sleep is a must for healthy body and skin , avoid sleeping too late at night or rising to late in the morning.
