It is performed for various reasons, including promoting growth and development, preventing aging, strengthening muscles and the cardiovascular system, weight loss or maintenance, and stress relieving

Exercise promotes blood circulation and makes your skin healthy and glowing. By increasing blood flow, exercise helps nourish skin cells. The increased blood flow provides more oxygen to the skin cell and cleanses the waste including the free radicals thus purifying the skin from inside.

Cardio Exercise: Swimming, brisk walking, jogging, dancing etc. three to four times a week for at least  30 min. is beneficial.

Indoor-outdoor Games: you can also opt for the various game as per your like. Outdoor games  tennis, cricket, football, basketball etc. Indoor games like badminton, table tennis etc. can be used as an alternative to regular exercise to keep the monotony out.
